bike riding

daddy got mama a new bike so we can all go riding and after mama got use to her new kick back brakes bicycle we were off...mama said she loves riding her new bike and I said me two and then daddy said me three and it was so funny!

mama's new bicycle basket, she can carry all my stuff in there....I like to travel with stuff

puddle hopping

so many scary lightning thunderstorms at night, but AWESOME puddle hopping the next day. Makes the scary rain worth it and I also get to sleep with mama and daddy!

So Cool!

While Lucas was in school today, Mrs. Singh, our friend Karam's mom, dropped by with some really great cars and dinosaurs for Lucas. I would love to think that they were Karam's once. And how did Mrs. Singh know that Lucas loves cars and dino's? I guess every boy love cars and dino's!
But she did chuckle when I invited her in and showed her the play mess left behind this morning....Lucas' collection of cars throughout the living room and a box of dinosaurs dumped out on the front porch! Thank you Mrs. Singh! and you too Karam!

Second Week of Summer Pre-School

Lucas started a 2 hour 5 day program last week and despite our nervous anticipation of the transition and riding a school bus, Lucas has adapted extremely well! better than mom and dad! well Mom! He LOVES the bus and we are out on the porch everyday 10 minutes early waiting....the second day Lucas told me mama, here comes the bus! I can smell it! the bus has no odor, lucas, which is something else we are having a lot of fun with right now, is being playful with words and is experimenting with his vocabulary. We are always laughing, I have to start recording the things he says....

xoxo Great Grandma xoxo

I wish I had more recent photos of Lucas and my grandma and I am sorry I didn't bring Lucas to see her more often....we love you great grandma! Our great grandma suffered from a stroke last night. At the age of 88 she is still the strongest woman I know, mother of 10! you don't hear that anymore and I can't begin to imagine raising 10 children. Super Strong Woman.....
